Admiral provides a wide range of office technology solutions for the 21st century. A privately owned organisation, the Admiral Group has experienced phenomenal growth since its formation in 1996. It now has an annual turnover in excess of £30 million but looked to m4 for online support for their sales team which operates in a very competitive industry to produce a series of html concepts.
To support the telesales efforts, m4 produced a series of DM Campaigns for varying product offerings over a 12 month period. These were circulated in conjunction with online htmls, as the response rate had been tested to be greatly improved when html was backed up by hard copy mailing. Personalised letters were included in the mailings and followed up by the telesales department.
Recall on mailings was greatly improved when reinforced by traditional hard copy mailers and click through to the landing page on the web site were up 10%. In addition to this m4 were then asked to produce mailers for one of the major manufacturers that Admiral acted as a reseller for, based upon the creative execution and results achieved for Admiral.
