The corporate marketing department of Samsung UK briefed m4 to produce a brochure/newsletter that departed from the usual consumer product catalogue and create a quality brochure featuring not only products but also lifestyle aspirations.
The solution was to develop a branded content consumer magazine for Samsung Electronics which was managed and produced by m4. Featuring new products, interviews, an events guide and what’s hot section, m4 worked closely with Samsung's PR agency to write articles and interviews and liaised with the copywriters. In addition m4 sourced articles, set-up and managed photo shoots and also worked with existing PR shots from the Samsung library.
A successful departure from the usual product catalogue, Samsung corporate marketing were delighted with this new “lifestyle” product/newsletter. Featuring an equal balance of products and articles, this was distributed nationally with an initial print run of 75,000 and further reprints due to its popularity. Used within retail environments, exhibitions and product launches, the newsletter successfully raised the Samsung brand and lifestyle values.
