Lehel are a leading manufacturer of prestigious tailor-made horseboxes. The company have a 100 year tradition and design and build all vehicles in their large Hungarian factory. Purchasers in the UK, Europe and USA did not understand the level of quality and design intrinsic in each of the vehicles. m4 were tasked to rectify this.

m4 attended various equestrian events and visited many of the competitors. This research indicated that it was clear that Lehel had to be positioned apart from all the other manufacturers. It was becoming difficult for potential customers to differentiate between each supplier. A highly prestigious hardback book with an interactive DVD detailing all elements of the lifestyle surrounding the equestrian world was core to our recommendations for improving understanding of the brand.

Lehel have seen their position improve dramatically. The books and DVDs are fundamental contributors to the success of the company and are being kept long term by both potential and new customers. A number of negative comments emanating from the competition have been crushed and the business has a full order book. Key players in the equestrian world including a number of Olympic Champions are now repeat customers of Lehel.
