Alphason Designs, the market leading supplier of TV and AV furniture, commissioned m4, for the fourth year running, to manage their 4 day annual sales conference. The previous conferences had been staged at Majorca, Barcelona and Bermuda. m4’s responsibilities included venue sourcing and negotiations, travel arrangements from various UK locations, conference staging, entertainment, product displays and liaison with all conference delegates to ensure smooth running of the event.

We sourced a spectacular venue in Tenerife, the Abama, a brand new 5 star complex. We negotiated rates and then organized all banqueting and logistics arrangements. We devised a competition so that Alphason’s customers could enter to win a free place at the conference. The trade publicity included a scratch card competition, advertising and newsletters, plus website promotion, all handled by m4. We also coordinated and booked all flights and transport arrangements.

A successful conference was staged and large amounts of orders were taken, plus stronger business relationships were formed as a result of the event. New products were successfully launched and key retailer feedback was obtained to help in future product development. Video footage was shot throughout the event and a souvenir video was then edited on-site and pre-viewed at the Gala Dinner, bringing a glittering end to a successful event.
