Get cookin’ your MacBook Pro with nVidia GPU problem

My MacBook Pro from 2007 bit the dust last year with a blank screen and no output from the DVI. I replaced it with a new one but recently stumbled over some rather interesting videos on YouTube. So I figured it’s a paper weight so it can’t hurt to try…..

Step 1 remove the motherboard / logic board, place on baking tray and prop up with tin foil balls:

Step 2 Pre-heat oven to 175 degrees C (no fan assist) – I used somebody else’s oven but it’s not done any damage :o )

Step 3 Bake for 8 minutes

Step 4 Reassemble and turn on

Step 5 Pick Jaw up from ground and install an OS!!

Sweet :D
